Start Time & Latecomers
Doors will be open a half an hour before the advertised starting time. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the show commences. Latecomers will not be admitted. Please contact us via email at bookings@cornmilltheatre.com to release your ticket if you cannot attend the event, so we can release the tickets to the general booking and waiting list.
Presenting Tickets
You can either print off your ticket or keep it displayed on your phone. Please present it at the Box Office on the day / night of the performance.
Tickets
Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. Upon purchase, please check Ticket carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. The Corn Mill Theatre will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. You are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of Your Ticket. It is not always possible to issue duplicate Tickets. If duplicates are issued, a reasonable administration fee may be charged.
Refunds
Tickets are not issued on a sale or return basis and refunds will not be made on returned Tickets after the performance date has passed. If you are unable to attend, for whatever reason, a refund most be applied for 3 hours before the advertised show time. Any refund requests after this time will not be permitted.
